e360 Performance Measurement

e360 currently tracks thirteen (13) baseline Performance Indicators that are visible on the DataView Dashboard under the following categories:

• Participation (i.e. Meal Plan Participation, etc.)
• Financial – Unit Level (i.e. Food Cost %, etc.)
• Financial – Program Wide (i.e. Actual vs. Budgeted Revenue)
• Social Responsibility (i.e. Local & Diverse Spend, etc.)

The baseline performance indicators have been selected by the consultants as key metrics critical to the success of most dining programs. Working with current members, Envision Strategies seeks to assess additional indicators and make updates as needed.

Members upload data every month using simple templates provided as a guide.
