What is Performance Scorecard?

The Performance Scorecard template is created by the consultants using many years of experience to outline the areas and measurements for a dining program. This document is downloadable and should serve as a beginning point of discussion with your supplier.  Additional customized measurements and metrics can be added with the intent that the scorecard would be completed by the Member and Supplier on a quarterly basis, It provides a comparison and an opportunity to discuss the differences. We have proposed the most common criteria that we recommend for the scorecard, but this could be customized if desired. The results of the scoring should be utilized in your quarterly business to gauge progress of your program.

What are users, groups and admin?

Before you begin adding users, it’s important to understand the different aspects of UsersGroups, and Admin Privileges.

Groups define what forms users have read/write access to. A group must be created before adding users. Anytime a new form is created, Groups must be updated to define who has permission to that form.

Users can have access to any ONE area of the hierarchy. By default, a user has access to any areas below their assigned area (Ex: a user with access to “West Coast” will also have access to “California & Washington”).

The admin permissions you grant a user work in tandem with the Areas they have access to.  For example, a user that has access to to Area A (Ex: “West Coast”) and has User Permissions will only be allowed to add/remove edit users within Area A and below (Ex: “West Coast” and “California”). Additionally, users with Admin Permissions can only grant the permissions they have to other users.

What is MyFieldAudits?

MyFieldAudits is a robust tool that helps complete important onsite inspections, checklists and forms. e360 has partnered with MyFieldAudits to develop the Audit App and DataView Dashboard.
